Be part of the solution rather than the problem

God created this whole wonderful world. He made it beautiful, happy and green. There were large green fields with grass and colourful flowers. Then God made birds and animals to live in the meadows and the fields, the woods and the forests. After that God created Man to take care of his beautiful creations. He made Man as the most intelligent and best of all his creations.

Allah  Says in the Holy Quran:

"We have indeed created man in the best of moulds (95:4)"

Being part of HIS MOST INTELLIGENT CREATURE , why haven’t we think of what we have done to the earth ? why we keep on neglecting our responsibilities in protecting the earth ? why we keep on destroying the earth ? why ?

Now , we should probably get up and realize that the earth is in critical danger. How to save the earth ?

There are 10 ways we can consider doing .

1. Replace a fluorescent bulb with an eco-friendly bulb. The pollution reduction would be equivalent to     removing one million cars from the road.

2.  RECYCLE GLASS. Recycled glass reduces related air pollution by 20 percent and related water pollution by 50 percent. If it isn't recycled it can take a million years to decompose.

3.   Use both sides of paper

4.   Recycle newspaper because recycling just the Sunday papers would save more than half a million trees every week.

5.  TAKE A SHORTER SHOWER because every two minutes you save on your shower can conserve more than ten gallons of water

6.  Consume less is a must, but to consume better is a priority.

7.   Buy a charger and a few sets of rechargeable batteries.

8.   Go to a car wash as professional car washes are often more efficient with water consumption. If everyone in thewho washes their car themselves took just one visit to the car wash we could save nearly 8.7 billion gallons of water.

9.   TURN OFF COMPUTERS AT NIGHT. By turning off your computer instead of leaving it in sleep mode, you can save 40 watt-hours per day

10. Spread the word because not everybody realize what we have to face in the future if we don’t start saving the earth.

Let us take part in helping  the earth smile so that we don’t turn out to be the destroyer of earth.
